Friendly staff, helpful and they really try to help you walk out of the store with whatever you need even if your short on cash. The redheaded manager is very helpful and knows her stuff.

I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the staff at Clarksburg RAC on Emily Drive. They are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever known, and so very personable. Misty and Bob are who my fiancé Tyler and I always get the pleasure of working with and WE LOVE THEM! They recognize our names right away and talk to us like lifelong friends. They’ve always given us the best quality furniture and electronics, my whole house is furnished by RAC. I know I’m a hassle to work with because I always refurnish my house every time we move. They’re more than willing to help every time. LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH! You’ll always have a set of loyal customers here.

Nice friendly staff, goes above and beyond to help u walk out of their store with what you need even if you are low on cash. Cheaper than "Aaron's" And the nice redheaded sales manager "Samantha" was very friendly and knowledgeable about her job. We will do all our furniture and appliance shopping with "Rent-A-Center from here on out! Did i say cheaper and better than" Aarons"? 😀

Bob and Jeff on Emily Dr. In West Virginia . Well they are awesome they get down to business and they both know what I like . I will highly recommend any of my friends to go to them . They are nice , very respectful, very polite also very helpful. Overall I would get both of them to 100% I guarantee of my business anytime . Thank you guy’s keep up the good job.

Good knowledgeable people very friendly they the crew that i know and have dealt with take the time to get to know their customers. Dave is the Manager Sam And Crystal all three have went above and beyond to help all they serve thank you all. And im sure the other team members are the same way i just havent dealt with them but the do go out of there way to make you feel welcome. Keep up the good work guys. I appreciate you all.

Very friendly,had 2 issues and both was resolved very quickly.1st purchased a portable ac unit, when I got it home it did not work,in less than an hour they brought me another one ,it worked great except there was no vent hose to direct the heat from the rear of it to the outside,they didn't have the hose but told me to go to Lowes and purchase it there and keep the receipt that they would take care of it... So all issues resolved, I would definitely recommend this store to everyone
